no real specific reason just stopped because the price was the best I had seen all day fast in and out service

Getting out of the lot - can be a long wait.

my purchase was for fuel only and paid at the pump-did not have contact with attendant or interior of store but exterior was very clean

I felt only Satisfied, the part that makes it highly unsatisfied- is having to wait at the light to exit onto the street. The people coming onto the lot of Murphy's come in extremely fast.

There is always one cashier at night. Always busy not enough help.

There was none. I gave an answer of neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, this is an average answer in your survey, this should also be the answer that you strive for from your customers realistically. I would not recommend this location to anyone because I am not in the habit of recommending gas stations to people - it never comes up in conversation. Short of the gas being free and someone pumping it for me, a gas station will always get 3 out of 5 stars, there is no reason it should get higher than that.

This is my normal Murphy's I stop at, the attendant was not rude but Not very friendly, when I walked in I was not greeted, he didn't even look up, I walked up to the register and he started to ring me up, not saying a word, I said Hi, he said hey, at the end of the transaction I asked for the receipt which he gave me, and all he said was there you go, not a Thank you, have a good day, nothing, I am not used to this, most everyone there is very friendly, he was putting up cigs and maybe was just pre occupied, don't know but it was just not good customer service

it was a normal trip everything was fine
