The attendant Andrew was preoccupied and VERY RUDE and UNFRIENDLY WITH ME AND OTHER CUSTOMERS. AND I go in there all the time. Lately the staff has been rude and never greet or seem happy while working there ESPECIALLY ANDREW. IF hes so unhappy he should go work somewhere else. I want to frequent a business where i feel welcomed.

I selected regular but shortly after I started pumping I noticed it was pumping premium! The pump had already taken my card info, so I put away the hose to shut it down, got my receipt which was completely blank and went inside to report a defective pump and get a printed receipt. After explaining to the clerk what happened, he told me it was likely the hose which is on the right side struck the premium button when I was extending it to my vehicle before I selected the regular button. He said it happens all the time. Talk about a hair trigger! I've been pumping gas for many years and have used this type of pump ever since they were introduced and never before heard of this sort of thing. I consider it a defect which obviously was known to the station personnel. Shoddy care of equipment and terrible management is my diagnosis. You may rest assured I'll never go back. The local grocery about 0.5 mile distant has equal and sometimes lower prices for equally good gas and their pumps are not hair triggered.

I was satisfied. I think I misread the question.

I swiped my credit card and had to enter my zip code 4 times before I was allowed to select the octane level of gasoline. The pump hose accidentally hit the mid-level button and I could not change it to regular octane level. I cancelled the transaction. Upon trying to use my credit card again, was denied the ability to pay at the pump and had to pay the attendant inside the store. I was not happy losing the convenience of paying at the pump. I will find another fuel vendor where this will not happen.

I HAVE AN HEB NET-SPEND ACCOUNT DEBIT CARD. WHEN THE CARD WAS USED TO PAY FOR THE FUEL, A PROMPT DID NOT POP UP TO REQUEST THE PIN NUMBER OF MY CARD. I DID RECEIVE A RECEIPT FOR MY PURCHASE OF 9.577 GALLONS OF FUEL FOR A TOTAL OF $13.78. I LATER RECEIVED A RECORD OF MY TRANSACTION FROM NET-SPEND INDICATING THAT THE $13.78 HAD BEEN RECORDED AND THE TOTAL OF MY BALANCE ON MY ACCOUNT AS OF 12:49. UNDERNEATH THERE WAS ANOTHER TRANSACTION LISTED AT 12:51 FOR A FUEL PURCHASE ON MY DEBIT ACCOUNT FOR $55.00 WHICH I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. THEREFORE I AM OUT $55 FOR USING THE FUEL PUMP AT MURPHY EXPRESS 8714. HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN TO ME? I AM A 77 YEAR OLD WIDOW LIVING ON SOCIAL SECURITY. I CANNOT AFFORD TO HAVE THIS HAPPEN!

Was not asked for ID when buying Age restricted item, also not asked to buy any additional items. The employee was also unpresentable for store policies.
