small store, lottery at pump did not work

Upon arriving at the store I pulled up to a pump that after preparing to pump gas, found that the computer screen at the pump was out. The pump was not marked to keep people from wasting their time stopping at the pump. I visited another pump and fueled.

When I paid for my gas I forgot to grab a beer, so after I paid I went to look for a beer, I didn't see the one I wanted so as I was walking out, I seen the soda cooler door open so I closed it and walked out the door, Jessica then send another customer out the door behind me and accused me of stealing a drink I turned right around went back in the store and ask what drink and told her I didn't see the beer I was looking for and I just closed the cooler door and told her I don't have to steal nothing I'm a regular customer and why would she accused me I didn't even make it to my car. Not once did I received a apologize or anything she was very nasty and rude. I have never got treated like that at that store I always come there about four times a week.

I was satissfied with my visit. The station is usually very busy when I come by. I was able to get a pump with no proplem or having to turn around or wait for a pump.

4:35 pm only one attendant and I am in wheelchair and side entry van, need help at pumps with the pumping of gas cause if I do exit vehicle the ramp could be damaged by other customers running over it. It takes honking horn to get attendant attention cause the button to call for help does not work. This is the fourth time i have had problems at this store. I had to call the 800# just to get someone to come out and pump gas, Had to go in to get help and had to send someone in the s=ask for help. This is the last time I let it slide that there is problems. Next time I will just file complaint with DOJ.

I have already sent an email to CustomerCare@MurpheyUSA.com...I am a regular customer to this specific location and this morning...I received the worst service that I have EVER experienced. Brenda would not give me the product that I requested with the coupon, stating that there weren't any..and I saw the product...SO I KNOW AND SAW THAT THERE WAS PRODUCT THERE. I got back in line and she said.."you want a refund? I said I sure did and it wasn't until then that she offered me the cheaper product. I then told her that I was going to take my business elsewhere. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A TERRIBLE WAY TO START MY DAY!
