The GSTV is the stupidest thing I've ever seen. It's loud and annoying. Other gas stations that have similar systems have a means to mute it. Your station does not. Get rid of it. It's an added expense that I am paying for and frankly, it's useless.

I was satisfied enough, must have hit the wrong response with these questions being backwards from most surveys.

Just wanted to let you know that the pump I was at stopped pumping after a few gallons; ended the transaction and printed my receipt. My intention was to fill up my whole tank (another 6 gallons or so) I would have started another transaction; however there were many people waiting to fill up at the time I was at the station. I will come again later. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! PS. it was pump #11 that malfunctioned.

Only one person at the register assisting 20 customers is not good customer service, lines are backed all the way to the door entrance. This place really needs more employees. Every time i come in there the line is always backed up and i visit this store frequently.

During the past several months, I've noticed that Murphy's gas prices are not competitive with Sheetz, Costco and others. I've also noticed that in the past I could go into the store and purchase a soda and two bags of chips or two monster drinks or other combinations to get 10 cents off a gallon of gas up to 15 gallons. Now that's all changed and it's for useless things that everyday consumers such as myself don't use. I.E. PRICY 5 hour energy boost. You have to spend almost $6.00 for a pair just to save 10 cents on a gallon of gas AND limited to 12 gallons. So really spending $6.00 to save $1.20. I'm not an accountant or stock broker but can tell you that is ABSURD. As a result lately I've been going to Sheetz where at least I"m able to get .03 cents off EVERY Gallon I purchase while saving more than the amount I would have spent at Murphy. I was a long time customer when the Muphy opened here near my home. Now it's a joke from a saving perspective. The folks that work there are great, friendly and courteous. It's the savings programs and high prices that are driving me away. You need a rewards program like Sheetz and others. Otherwise you will lose more customers.

The gas in the past pumped too slowly. Today it was pumping too fast. Since there was no receipt at the pump it involved a long wait at the line with the attendant working very hard. The price of the gas is good but one wonders if it is worth it.
