It was not your fault. When I pulled up there were 2 cars. The very first car had a man sitting in it and the second did not. The second driver came back but he couldn't leave because the first guy was liesurely getting out, walking very slowly inside to pre pay. He comes back starts the pump, plays with something in the front seat. finally he goes to the pump, finishes fueling. gets in and takes about 3-4 more minutes to do whatever he was doing and leaves.

There was no difference between this gas station and other gas stations in town maybe other than the price. I've never had a bad experience at this location.

Usually have to wait in line to get to pumps and even though I didn't have to wait in line this time, it seems to always be a congested area. No issues otherwise.

I don't find purchasing gas highly satisfying

I reserve the term "highly satisfied" for experiences that are phenomenal, not commonplace. I don't give every performance a standing ovation, otherwise, it becomes meaningless. My experience at Murphy Express this time was the same level of satisfactory proficiency and courtesy that I have come to expect every time. This is my primary store for gasoline purchases.

Price was the cheapest in town and was able to get in and out quickly but usually there is a line.

I was unable to get MY gas cap off. This had nothing to do with the service from your company. I did however have to start over as receipt came out $0.
