Murphy USA

I wanted to was my windshield, there was no windshield wash solution in any of the buckets and there were no paper towels, none, not one. I went to share this with the office, there was one cashier on duty and nobody else on duty. A long line of people wanting to pay. Very disappointing. Murphy is my favorite station but today it was grossly understaffed and unprepared for customers.

There was only one person working and I could see the other employee standing in the back talking. The line was pretty long, and the visit took to long for just $20 worth of gas, but murphys is the only place open when I get off work .

I always buy gas at Murphy USA with a WalMart card. I tried to pay with my WamMart card and this location does not accept them. If I can not get the 3 cent discount then I might as well go to the closest station for me when I am working in Morganton instead of going out of my way (as I do at other locations) to purchase at Murphy

When I quit pumping gas and put the handle up the pump jumped from 30 dollars and 25 cents to 30 dollars 29 cents.This makes me think the pumps are rigged to make more money.went inside and told cashier's they just laughed .Well I went out and told the other customers what happened and to watch the pumps.are we getting the amount we pay for or not.4cents is not a big deal for a one time thing .But is this a one time thing ?? Or a rip off

Pulled to wrong side of pump and after moving my car reader timed out. I understand that, so I had the pump reread my card, when it approved it only the 87 oct was selected but my car can only run on high test. I canceled order and rerun a 3rd time. Pump said see attentendent and they would not answer the call button. I pulled to another pump and my card would not work. I hit the call button again and no one answered or helped after waiting 3 min. I was not going in since I had 2 children in the car and one was sleep. Walmart Fail today
