Manager always seems to hate her job.. The attendants seem to follow her lead. There are not snacks to purchase. Very minimal if so.. I choose to go there because of the cigarette cost. Other than that, not very happy with customer service at location. Everyone seems to hate their job at this location as I said before.

My marlboro mobile coupon wasnt awarded and was used for your store. $1.50 having somebody pay the pump before use is ridiculous considering its not murphy policy and you have employees telling customers it is. Especially when the customer is standing and willing to stay at the register with credit card and i.d. in hand. Your cashiers and manager are rude almost every single time with the exception of a short haired younger girl that is always polite and chipper.

The attendant skipped past entering the phone number, which would have given us an extra 1.50 off our cigarettes.

I did a survey and I called corporate and was never responded to by a manager. This station needs new management. They refuse to sell product over $20 after 8 pm even if you use a credit card or debit card. I would not have returned to but anything had the smoke shop down the road been open. Last time I dealt with anyone at this location I left and spent $200 at another store. the gas station 2 blocks away is just as cheap as you. I pay more for cigarettes at the smoke shop down the road, but I am ok with that because it doesn't give you business. I have come to understand that you do not care about your customers, which makes it funny that you ask for customers to do surveys. I hope someone at corporate that cares see' s this and does something. My hopes are small that that will actually happen.

The pump was shutting on and off. The printer did not print my receipt. The attendant cared less when I brought the problems to her attention and offered no help.

The roll up doors for the coolers were closed i had planned on purchusing a Monster drink. The window was closed and myself and several other customers had to wait about 5 minutes for service. The employees were too busy talking to each other to talk to their customers. This location has really gone downhill in the last 6 months. I have tried to reach out to get this companies attention but seem to have been ignored. I have noticed it is not near as busy as it use to be i try not to go but the prices are very good.

I tried paying at the pump the card reader would take my swipe tell me to begin pumping but the trigger on pump wouldnt start this i could not get gas and it was very cold standing outside to do ot

Normally most of the attendants are ok when paying at the register. On this date, this particular person, Erica Loren, (as it states on the receipt) this attendant was very rude as I paid for my fuel. She did not smile, greet, say hi or even say thank you at the end. She had the most blank facial expression as if she was not pleased one bit that she was hired by this company to work. It made for a very unpleasant experience on this date. Hopefully, if and when I visit this particular location again, and that may be never, this particular attendant will not be working. She was not happy at all she had to ring up customers.
