Two days after our big snowfall the area under the pump roofs was very slushy and wet. It appeared that there was no follow up to clear the slush after the initial snowplowing. The entrance driveway and parking area by the store was clear of snow. This is a reoccurring problem because the pavement under the pump roofs does not get the sun to help melt the snow and dry the pavement. The management does not appear to want to take care of the problem as it might require some good old fashion manual labor or the plowing contractor to make another plowing pass under the roof. Pump did not print a receipt and appeared to be out of paper. Is management notified if a printer needs paper? I told the desk clerk when I went inside to get a receipt but she didn't seem to be concerned and did not reply that she would have someone check the pump. No response at all!

There was nobody in the store when I entered. I waited at the counter for several minutes, still nobody visable or making sound. A line formed behind me. Eventually a gentleman came out and although not familiar with the e-cig products I was asking about, and he moved slowly, he was polite when trying to help me.
