I buy the Walmart card to get the discounted price. Then when the card doesn't work we have to use our other bank card and forfeit the suggested rate for using the card I purchased for that purpose. Frustrating...

The cashier needs to be re-trained on how to cash out lottery tickets and how to use cigarette coupons. Instead of assuming that a customer wishes to have the price of the cigarettes deducted from the winning lottery ticket without asking first, I wasnt allowed to use my $2.50 coupon for my cigarettes because she didn't know how to re-ring it, & I ended up paying full price for the cigarettes plus adding cash with the total and not receiving any cash from the winning ticket. I've never seen this cashier before, but I come to this location with my coupons every month & I've never had a problem before. The line had gotten long behind me, and I didn't want to the other customers up, so I left. Please take care of this issue, so that this will not happen to any other customers.

The pump stoped pumping the gas into my car. I went back to the cashier and ask why it stopped, she said she did not know and gave me a receipt for a refund on my car for the remaining amount. She said it was going to be reflected on my card imediatly. I asked her if instead of the refund I could get the amount moved to another pump. She said that she could not unless I swiped the card again, I asked again if the refun was imediate and she said yes. I verified my card amd the money was not there. So she asked me to call my bank because she has no control over that. I called customer service line and not even you customer care was able to solve this. I wasn't even given the option of havin my refund in cash so I could get my gas. So the 8$ that I had left on my card are gone. My husband is at work...so he can not help me. The gas that I did get is no enough for me to get home, God knows what time my husban gets off and Iam basically stranded with 2 of my children in the car. I guess Ill just sit in my car till it turns off...because it is hot out here...oh and my kids are letting me know they are hungry

Have an issue with your system being down and not accepting gift cards. Not the first time this has happened in the last three months.

2 week in a row pumps were not able to read the gift cards so i could purchase gas. I would like to get gas cheaper using the gift card but if i cannot get it to read the card i cannot get gas, cashiers both times only say pumps are not reading gift cards. Does not help me, my gas tank still says empty.

This was my second attemp to get gas with a Walmart gift card that I use every week for 2 different vehicles. My first attemp was yesterday after 5 pm the pumps kept giving a server error at the pump. I went to the cashier who was on the phone and put her back to me when I walked up there was someone else in the booth with her not sure if it was employee couldn't see them just their arm. After she finished the call, was business related she told me the gift cards aren't working as if I should of known. This morning I went up after 8 am assuming the problem would have been resolved, same error at pump. Went back to cashier who was much nicer and she told me walmart was supposed to fix it on Friday. I said it's been three days she said yes. So after the rude lady yesterday and the inconvenience this morning not ONE sign up on any pump, cashier window letting the customer know the gift cards were down sorry for the inconvenience, after three days something could have been at the pump that there was a problem and they were working on it.

I must of hit a wrong key, I was not dissafied with the service, I did not have to see the attendant.
