The diesel pump was very dirty. Covered with greasy oil. Impossible to pump without getting dirty.

I mean it's just buying gasoline for the car, it's not like fine dining or a special show.

There was nothing special about the visit to warrant Highly Satisfied. There was nothing wrong - it was just a successful visist.

Highly satisfied suggests that there was something above and beyond the satisfactory status. There was not. I use this location all the time and I am usually satisfied. On the latest occasion the printer on the pump was not working. Rather annoying. On previous occasions the air was not working. However, most of the time everything is working.
