Terrible parking lot system

The gas pump was so slow that I just gave up when I hit $2

Cashier was very rude and disrespectful. She(Jennifer) has a smart mouth! She also cost me a free 20 oz. Dr.Pepper from my Survey Mini.

The pump accepted my card but would not allow me to get gas. I was given a receipt with a total of $0.00 because it accepted my card but then would not give me gas. I was afraid a credit card skimmer might be on the pump and was causing it not to work. Went to talk to the attendant and she was counting a large bag of change so that took awhile. When I did get to talk to her and voice my concerns all she would do is say "well there is someone using it now so I don't know" she was not even concerned enough to try and take care of her customers concerns. So now I have to micro watch my credit card for fraudulent charges because I don't know if the pump had a skimmer or what was wrong. Whatever was wrong I know that I was not able to get gas at Murphy's at the Terrell Walmart today.

The attendant was rude

I was charged for an additive that I didn't request. When brought to Attentant's attention I was told me that I had to click no in bottom corner if I didn't want the additive. Cost was $6.99. This seems misleading to me but maybe being a senior citizen we're easily deceived.

Horrible place

You put a $100.00 hold on my credit card for a $15.00 purchase. This has never happened before and I'm not happy about it.

The attendant wasn't paying attention, so she didn't walk to the register until we had already been waiting there for a few minutes.
