The person at the pump in of us took a long timeeaving they sat in their car for about 5 minutes before leaving.

Machine did not accept debit card, had to leave my vehicle to go inside where attendant accepted my card

The lines are always too long and then after you've waited the longest time ever the pump won't print a receipt and you have to go inside and wait again. Make some pumps cash only and some pumps credit only so people paying at the pump don't have to wait for people to walk in, wait in line, pay, walk back out and pump gas.

$20 at ANY other station ($2.59-2.65 per gallon) gives me 3/4 tank or more of gas. Gift card balance was $17.10 and pump used total balance of card but only gave me 1/4 tank of gas at $2.48 per gallon! Quite a rip off! I'll stick to the higher advertised prices and get my money's worth next time.

there are only 2 diesel pumps which are most of the time being used by gas vehicles. These pumps are extremely slow. I arrived and started to pump at 12:30 pm at 1:00 pm I was done pumping 29.5 gallons, it took 30 minutes to pump 29.5 gallons. That is not good customer service.

Pump display screen could not be read. It was totally blacked out due to the sun even though I cupped my hand over the screen to block out the light. I went to another pump. On that pump I used a credit card to purchase premium grade fuel. Then I attempted to use the same credit card to purchase regular grade fuel for a gas can, but the pump wouldn't allow the consecutive use of my credit card. I had to get the attendant to ring up my purchase with that credit card inside the station house.
