By TICKED OFF FORMER CUSTOMER OF SEVERAL YEARS | 10/11/2016
Just taking your survey to say goodbye from a loyal customer of many years that buys about $10,000.00 of your products (including fuel), and have for years. I am your customer no longer. Entered your store and asked to buy 4 cartons of cigarettes. Was told 2 cartons was the limit. There appeared to be about 50 cartons on the shelf. Bought my two cartons, went to the Mothership (Walmart) and bought about $400 worth of product. After Walmart, went back to buy another 2 cartons as originally planned. No deal, said the attendant. I hope the "tweeners" that are making such policy someday learn that ticking off a long-standing customer by refusing to sell product that is on hand is a dubious retail strategy. I assume "tweeners", because surely no one with more than a few years of merchandising experience would make such a despicable mistake. So long Murphy, and good riddance. I'm sure I'm not the last customer that will be leaving you with an awful taste in their mouth.
