Tim is a great employee. Although he couldn't help with what I needed, he politely pointed me in the right direction and when I returned he remembered me and asked if I was able to take care of the problem. Tim exhibits extraordinary customer service!

What makes me a return customer so often almost like I am a part of the family of Murphy's is the superb customer service felt in the environment and the consistency of it to the other customer's as well. This location is so awesome, I have went in their on days that I was feeling so blue or discouraged and walked out of there feeling loved. Wasim, it the bomb! He has the most uplifting spirit with everyone. I think he forgets Murphy's is a place of employment because he seems to just really enjoy the atmosphere there and everyone who crosses his path. Murphy's as I tell my family is my home away from home and family to me. The facility is always so clean, stocked and organized. You arrive and from the minute you get out of your vehicle no matter who is working, you are welcomed with a smile and customer service I thought didn't still exist in this world. It is just simply unreal how the Murphy's family treats every customer unique and not just like they are there for a paycheck!! You cannot go there and walk out not laughing or having a smile on your face. Thank you Murphy's for hiring such an awesome staff!
