Clean store inside and out quick friendly service

The staff is always friendly. There have been a few times when we have had issues with the pumps, but it is to be expected. But regardless of who you are, there is always room for improvement.

Murphy is my place of choice for gas usually. I don't give a highly satisfied very often unless the service is 5 star. Murphy is consistently 4 star.

the advertising that you can purchase lottery tickets at the pump does not work for me. I have not been able to complete that transaction to date when I go to a Murphy station.

Have requested several times to get a additive gas machine installed at this location in West Plains, Mo. Used them other locations and they do make a difference in mileage

This location looks junkie with all the signage. It also could use some cosmetic updates such as paint on the building, concrete cleaning, etc.
