Murphy USA

I was very highly satisfied, I must have clicked the wrong choice. I do apologize, in fact I visit this particular Murphy USA on a daily basis because of the friendliness of the attendant(s) who work there.

The employees are usually welcoming, but I didn't receive that this trip

Prices keep going up and personnel keep changing. Had a good relationship with the prior woman who worked there but the new people are kind of rude and won't accept my coupons. Newport only sends out coupons for packs and the fact I live almost an hour away I purchase by the carton, all attendants used to accept the coupons but the new ones are rude and won't take them. I tried explaining I am buying 10 packs at a time but they refuse them. If not for it being the only convenient place to purchase gas and cigarettes I would go else where.

Occasionally lines for gas and window backed up. At window sometimes have to stand in area for cars to get gas.. to me possibly dangerous for customers at window.

It seemed like people were having a hard time

very congested around the pump area for the amount of traffic there

It needs to be bigger.. or have the fuel truck fill tanks late nights

Location is very busy spot lots of traffic

There were 5 people in line in front of me, it took too long to check out

always the lowest prices, on my way home from work
