Started pumping then after one second it quit and said I had got 4 gallons then I had to pull the handle again and it kept going when I finished it said I had purchased 12.1 gallons of gas and i don't have a 12 gallon tank and I had a little under half a tank before I started.

Cashier was on the phone, whether that was business or personal I do not know, she didn't acknowledge my presence or my request. I had 5 rollback codes and she didn't allow me to retry the 4th one after it said invalid, despite it still being within date and has not been used yet, and didn't even allow me to use my 5th rollback code. Altogether a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience. If the cashier was on phone for business related matters then she should inform the customers that she is working on getting an issue resolved instead of giving the cold shoulder, if it's for a family emergency then she should state that as well.
