parking is always horrible lines are always slow

Walking up to cashier, oil rack in front and I slipped in spilled oil ( did not fall) but it scared me, when I got to attendant I told her oil was around the rack and someone could slip down, that I had slipped because I didn't notice the oil on the pavement until I slipped and that someone needed to get it up or cover it with paper or something someone could get hurt badly, her reply was she was to busy right now. By this time there was 7 or 8 people behind me that had also walked thru the oil. I smiled and said Ok. I should have called the number on my ticket and alerted someone, I didn't notice the ph # until today. Aside from the liability to you as a business, a broken hip or messed up leg never heals like original. I don't care if 20 people was in line safety should always come First. I also have a small business and this is always a concern for my customers to be safe.

Went up to the attendant to buy cig for my aunt because she had a hard time getting in and out of the vehicle and because my I'd was three days expired she refused to sale me her cigs so she made her way to the attendant and was refused cigs with her I'd.in which the cigs were for anyway

I purchased A bag of cracker jacks sweet and salty, The attendant was very Nice and welcoming, and even told me it was a buy one get one free offer Which I thought was very nice. However when I got home and tasted the product it was very very stale, both bags. They both went in the trash. I will still buy my cigarettes there and gas just never any food products LOL

Pay at pump didn't work and attendet ran my Walmart credit card as a regular credit card and I paid full price for my gas.

There were only 2 lanes open due to the fuel delivery truck blocking the other 5, lines were 3 to 4 cars deep to get gas. The truck had finished the delivery and fuel lines were put back but truck sat there for the 15 minutes before I pumped my gas and left. Cant the fuel delivery take place at night like other stations nearby (QT, Shell)?

Horrible service today

Transaction went so far and then changed to Spanish and would not let me go any further. Then when I pushed English, it would not change. I canceled and tried again and it still would not allow it. I had to go to window to ask attendant to help. It really upsets me when I am asked to choose English when I live in America. If there or other people who are not born here who use the machines...... let them choose the language they need!!!

Purchased fuel, walked toward restroom. Attendant walked and locked the door. I asked if I could use it. She said NO! She said It was 30 minutes to closing time. I asked again and she said no. I have one kidney and have to remain highly hydrated. I stopped for fuel and what is usually a very clean facility. I stop here regularly and othe Murphy's because of this.
