First, let me compliment you on two items. One, the TVs you have posted on top of the pumps is a nice touch. Something good to listen to. Two, I appreciate that you have actual glass cleaner fluid in the windshield cleaner bin. Nice touch on both items. It goes downhill after that. This is a crowded and very messy location. Junky is a word I would use to describe it. I come here for cheap fuel, tho, so I just close my eyes to everything else.

I always keep a loaded Walmart card for wife and I gas purchase. I went to use a new card and the pump would not accept it. Luckily I had another to use thereby I did get my 3cent per gallon discount. I went up to the window and ask the attendent to check out my card with a lottery ticket purchase and she said I could not use a credit card. A Walmart Gift Card is not a credit card! Is it that Murphy only accepts the Walmart card to purchase gas and can not be used for other purchase at the window? I want to know. Mike Bailey 757-404-3333

My main complaint about this location is the appearance. It never improves, tho I mention it every time I write in this space. It is not clean and neat. The industry leader in cleanliness and good appearance, at least in our area, is WaWa. This location does not even come close in comparison. I come here just the same because I use a Walmart discount card and it is convenient.

This location leaves a lot to be desired in overall appearance. It is very junky in appearance and often has trash on the ground (which is the fault of the customers for not using the trash cans!). I go there for fuel at a good price, period. If you wish to upgrade the appearance, visit the local WaWa in Suffolk. That is a classy looking fuel location.

The pump was slow, and the cashier was not very friendly or personable. There was a sign on the counter reminding the attendant to sell up and tell people about the survey, but she seemed to be more interested in counting and putting up cigarettes and other merchandise. There was no "thank you, or come again."

I was Satisfied with my experience, not Highly Satisfied: had the price been much lesser and the rest rooms available and less trash around on the pavement and I can go on several more lines but I guess you can tell that satisfied is a much better than dissatisfied, huh?

The overall service is good but the pump/parking lot layouts Is frustrating. There is not much room between the pumps and the curd of the Walmart parking lot which makes it a tighter turn. If there is someone parked there because they couldn't be bothered to walk an extra five feet from the parking lot or the designated parking behind the building you can't get out. The drink coolers look poorly maintained and need to be cleaned. The snack area also looks like it is neglected as well, the over all appearance is one of minimal effort and lack of ownership for the products the employees are selling. These are the reasons I'm not highly satisfied.

The number one reason I come to this location is low fuel prices, esp with the Walmart gift card.

The appearance of this station leaves a lot to be desired. Frankly it always looks junky and often there is trash lying around. I come here for the price and that is all. If I want beauty and cleanliness I will go to Wawa (and often I get a good low price there as well).
