Overall, my experience at Murphy USA was pretty good. My only issue was that the gas didn't last long in my tank.

They was close and the pump went slow

I was charged 1.00 more than I had purchased tried to call no answer

I have kids so it's more convenient to pay at the pump. I was not able to pay at the pump. Which is a huge inconvenience for me because that means I have to get my kids out just to go pay.

MY DEBIT CARD WAS OVER CHARGED AND NOW I HAVE TO FIGURE OUT WHY WHEN I PAID AT REGISTER AND NOT AT THE PUMP CARD SLOT. THIS HAS REALLY PUT ME AT A DISADVANTAGE FOR OTHER USES OF MY CARD

Pulled up when all lights were on and other customers pumping gas. I pumped gas to top off my tank before road trip. Approached attendant window to purchase a pack of cigarettes. Attendant told me she could not sell me anything because she had already counted out her drawer for the night and was getting ready to close. I offered exact change or for her to keep the change. She still refused to sell me anything. All the lights were still on at the canopy and pumps. She made no attempt to offer any other suggestions or apologies other than "Sorry, we are closed." Yet, pump was open for me to pump gas and lights were on like business as usual...

In just a few hours the price of gasoline made a HUGE jump.

Attendant (Deunka S.) was very rude. I asked politely for a carton of Pall Mall Blue 100's, which I could see in stock on the shelf behind her. Her immediate response to me was, "I can't sell the last carton". I asked if anything was wrong with the last carton. She replied, "No, I just can't sell the last one. We will have more on Thursday". I replied, "How can a retail operation such as this have a product on the shelf, advertised for sale on the window in front of us both, not be for sale if nothing is wrong with it?" She said, "It's not for sale." I asked for manager's name and number or email. She called someone on her cell phone that apparently told her to sell the carton to me. IF this is a policy or Murphy USA, perhaps it should be posted for consumers to see and the product removed from the shelf. She did not apologize or ask if I wanted anything else. I was going to buy 20 each Mega Millions and PowerBall lottery tickets. I left the station and bought the 40 tickets at Farm fresh across the street. Deunka needs additional training with dealing with the public.

The station was open when I pulled up and swiped my credit card, selected my fuel and began pumping. But the lights and the pump cut off suddenly. I got only .031 gallons for $ 0.06! When I protested, the attendant was rude.
