I got gas just what I went for

People having to use the register when the pump is for credit cards.

There is never but one attendant on duty and this place needs 2 with the amount of customers it has. The lines are too long because with only one attendant there it takes forever to get to the pump. The will block off the pump by the door of the store when they are restocking and this causes even more of a backup in the lines. The attendants act like it is a hassle to have to wait on you. This place seriously needs to be enlarged. One question was did I visit the rest room,,, it needs one bad!!!! Need more pumps, more help and bigger space

The workers are rude and uncaring. The parking lot is very small and hard to maneuver in. They are often out of one or the other brands of cogs that I normally purchase.

Only a few pumps were working and there's absolutely no room to maneuver a vehicle.

Murphy is the only location where I get gas. Majority of my visits are pleasant. This particular visit I was highly unsatisfied, this cashier never greets me, she's always on the phone; this morning she was using video chat or FaceTime, she nevers says "thank you". "have a good day" or "come again". Customer service like this will make me go elsewhere to get gas, if she's on shift.

Only reason I got a walmart card was to get discounts at your station. Even when it is hard to get in, overcrowded etc. But now when I put my WalMart card in I get the highest price on pump. Why bother to have the extra card if it don't pay. Why bother with your station if it don't pay to go through the hassle? My family can stop at other stations to fill my four cars a lot easier if it isn't worth my while.
