The attendant was too busy on her personal phone. She had it on speaker and was listening to her friend talk to her while I was trying to tell her what I wanted. She kept getting my order wrong. This has happen more than once and not just with this attendant. With other attendants too. When I come up to the window they either keep their personal phones to their ears or put them on speaker and keep talking to their friends while trying to wait on their customers. This needs to be looked into. Other than this. The attendants are mostly nice and polite.

When I approached the window with my purchase, I didn't see an attendant in the building which was no big deal, I know they work solo & have things to tend to outside so I assumed that was the case, and I was wrong. The attendant was sitting inside talking on her personal cell phone and looked at me and my purchase while VERY slowly getting up and never skipping a beat on the phone, to the point to where I had to ask if she was talking to me. The response was "yes I said hello". Through the whole transaction I heard more of the phone call than anything else. The did not look interested in being there, much less doing her job.

I used my Walmart Credit card to purchase gas but did not receive my discount. I didn't notice until I got home. I know it isn't much money but that is the reason I buy gas with my Walmart card for the discount.

Cashier was chatting on phone while checking me out.

I attempted to purchase much needed gas after hours, only to realize the pumps were off??

The cashiers never have a smile on the move so slow It's like it's an inconvenience to them.

The attendants were on their cell phone talking loud about personal things. When I asked for my cigarettes she said they were out. That has NEVERTHELESS happened at this location. When I asked if she had any in her storage she said no. Very rudely, I might add.

We paid 15.00 was an additive to our fuel we did not want. My husband never saw the option to say no. When we called the station immediately after getting in the road. She said sorry should have said no. What she doesn't realize is that it scrolled so fast that if you don't read well you don't gave time to read it & so it added it. I'm very very unhappy. Thus is not 2.00. It's 15.00 dollars I fudnt have to throw aest.
