It's just difficult to get in & out of the parking lot unless you are in a fueling lane but even then the location where you pull back out is horrible with the traffic. Other than that I don't have a problem.

The wait due to high volume of traffic. I also believe all surveys should not be rated as excellent, as it leaves no room for improvement and everything has room for improvement.
