I'm on the road constantly. I need my receipt's. The machines never have them. Always have to Stop. Go to the employee. And ask for my receipt.

There were no paper towles to clean the windshield.

I was satisfied with visit.

To whom it may concern, I'm a regular customer when it comes to Murphy oil. My wife and I have been going to Murphy oil for quite some years now. We recently stopped to the Murphy oil in plant city FL and that store is a totally wreck. With the appearance of that store and being out of stock of the products I wanted, (Virginia slim menthol) i never want to stop there again. We normally share our business with the Murphy oil in Brandon FL but we were in the area and decided to stop. My wife wanted a drink, you literally had to stretch your arm just to get a drink out the cooler. There were so many empty slots from your oil cabinet to the candy cabinet including drinks. Like I stated above we normally go to the Murphy in Brandon and that store don't near by looks good as the brandon store and all the other ones we have stopped at. Someone needs serious help at that store please. I don't think any customer appreciate that type of experience of appearance. Thank you Murphy Oil.

Requested carton Marlborough Gold Soft Pack Kings. Attendant then left the store as line grew longer behind me. Returned to tell me she did not have my requested item in stock, then pulled seven single packs from display but did not offer me the packs at a carton unit price. She indicated that she does not do the ordering of products and that is all she had. She was unapologetic. This has happen two times in three weeks. I left Murphy store angry and disappointed. I can not depend on this store to have in stock the items I come in for.
