I have been in customer service, Hospitality/Food & bev., for 29 years and I could tell very quickly that Micki Dawn KNEW her job and did it VERY WELL!!!!! Maybe you should have Mickie retrain Brittany? Id hate to see ANYONE lose their job, but Brittany has absolutely NO IDEA about customer service. VERY unlike Micki Dawn. She was pleasant, seemed to be the type of person I would love to work with, ALL because she KNOWS P/R, and customer service! GREAT JOB Micki & THANK YOU!!!
