I have seen Mrs. Deborah in the past with a seriously dellusional individual, and Mrs. Deborah Lynn handled that situation remarkably well. The reason I say this is because so few great customer service never get the proper attention they deserve. At this last visit, I almost didnt have to ask for my brand of cigs AND I did not have to ask if I needed a plastic bag. SHe was everything a bos would want to have w/ EVERY personell they have.
