I believe the rating highly satisfied is overrated either you are satisfied or you are not

Pulling out of the gas station can be difficult because other patrons drive straight through parking spaces instead of using the designated lanes. Also, some patrons drive too fast in the area.

Being satisfied is great. Highly satisfied is over doing it. I had no problem and there was no wait time I guess because I went in the morning time. Thank you 💃

I was just traveling through the area. It was the most economical gas in the area per Gas Buddy. I usually purchase gas at Sam's Club in Hoover, AL. I was satisfied with the service, just not Highly Satisfied. If I'm in the area again, I'd stop and purchase gas.

often wait in line and out of products I want

I hate that the fuel additive try to make you purchase extra stuff. If I wanted to add any thing I would it takes up extra time.

was not able to get receipt for survey to get .10 gallon on next visit

Normally, I stop by on my way to work in the morning, generally every morning, and Melissa is working. She is great. She is always happy and friendly, attentive to my needs, and is a real pleasure to deal with. If I stop by in the evening, the experience is not the same. There is usually a different attendant on duty. The lines are long and the attendants do not pay attention to what the customers are requesting. Generally, it is an overall unpleasant experience.

I feel "Highly Satisfied" is overrated. Either you are satisfied or not

Why don't the customers get "surprise money" off for just for showing up at your gas station. Like every 20th customer or whatever you choose
