The lady that waited on me I don't think is the name on the receipt while I was standing at the window she proceeded to answer her cell phone and scream out the window at another employee to come and finish with me it was done very unperfessional and then the young man that came to finish with me was not friendly at all don't know if he's shy or what but you have to at least smile and be nice. The name on my receipt was Aaron Jacob don't know which one that is.

Attendant was very rude. I admit I came to the window smoking a cigarette, so I was wrong there. She slammed the window shut and motioned me away. I disposed of the smoke and returned, made my order for 3 cartons of smokes. I think she was upset that I wasted her time, because I had to move away from the window to do what she asked. There were no other customers in line, so I was confused. She said she had a lot to do and had 3 hours to do it. Then she said, "if I can ever get you away from this window, I can finish and go home". I paid and left. I'm at fault for coming to the window smoking but she had a real attitude about it and maybe someone should talk to Marcia Lynn. If you think I'm totally at fault, let it go.

Was lied to about the situation I tried to fill up and get my things and the woman told me that she was not allowed to turn the pump on when I told her I didn’t know how much it would cost and I told her I also had to get other things I am very mad cause I had to make two transactions for the same place

Employee tells me about promotional discount on vape cig- says that's all she buys. I go back the next day realizing I need an extra one , she smirks and somewhat looked amused as she said " we are all out ". In my option I believe she most likely bought up all the 1.00 deals by her attitude . None of the women working there are professional nor courteous . I had a bad experience several years ago when the attendant didn't give my change back ( dollars). When I realized it and went back , she had the money in her hand before I could explain what happened . Also, my receipt should have reflected the amount I was owed. It didn't . It showed 0.00 owed back. Maybe , management is the problem ?

I bought 5 packs of Pall Mall menthol cigs and (2) cans of Camel wintergreen snus and was charged for three cans. I did not notice the mistake until I got home. I live too far to turn around and go back... Hope to hear from you soon.

I purchased 5 packs of cigarettes and only received 4. I am in touch with them as I type this. The issue has not been resolved , yet. I use this location on a weekly basis. Note: I didn't think to check my bag before I left the store.

When my wife and I arrived at the gas station, I saw the attendant cleaning the parking lot. She also saw me get out of the car and into the line. Despite that, she kept cleaning the lot and then very slowly made her way to the window where by that time there were more customers waiting on her. When she arrived at the window, I asked to purchase my normal brand of Camel SNUS. It was unavailable, which happens often. I purchased a different brand, but was not happy at all with my entire experience this morning.
