Your pump was defaulted to premium unleaded fuel instead of the regular unleaded my car uses. I didn't notice until I was almost to $20, which should have more than filled my car. Misleading. Needs to be fixed.

The attendant was not friendly at all. I seemed to be bothering her by being there. Usually the clerks are very friendly but this young lady certainly was not friendly. I have never seen her there before so maybe she is new but she certainly needs some improvement in her 'people skills.'

There was alot of people in line and the cashiers were to busy talkin to each other than cashing people out

The cashier was very rude and even went as far as to clap her hands to hurry me along after i made my purchase. She constantly cut me off and was not only rushing me and making it seem like i was hindering her, as i was trying to make an additional purchase, she tried to cut me off and wait on the customer behind me although i had just spent $31.59 on my debit card and had noticed after my purchase, on my own, the buy one get one special at the register and had cash out in my hand.

I have had a SERIES of unfortunate encounters w/ Brittany Latash, but this one was over the top. Not only did she greet me @ the speed of a SLOTH, but I HAD to ask for a BAG AND my RECEIPT!!! I understanf this girl has some sort of mental incapcity of some sort, but Customer Service is NOT the best job for this girl. Time after time Ive either had to WAIT for her to stop counting change, or her working outside her work station and her VERY lethargical attitude once back in her work station, her CONSTANT low speed of service, but I will NOT be coming back to this establishment again AND, as a person who has worked the last 29 YEARS in Customer Service, I will be MORE than happy to tell other patrons to go elsewhere. I dont care that I may pay more somewhere else, but CUSTOMER SERVICE is what makes pr breaks a company.

Brittany was closing up for the night, and although it was 12:25 when I pulled up @ the pump, that is EXACTLY how long it took for Brittany to ACKNOWLEDGE ME, EVEN THOUGH I WAS STANDING RIGHT BESIDE HER AS SHE FUMBLED THRU THE KEYS TO PULL DOWN THE CAGE AND SECURE THE BUILDING. AT THE SAME TIME, THERE WAS 1 CUSTOMER IN THE PROCESS OF FILLING UP, AND ANOTHER FILLING UP ON THE OTHER SIDE OF MY PLACE @ THE PUMP, BUT THE PUMPS WERE APPARANTLEY CLOSED, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT ACTUALLY CLOSING TIME!!! I LITERALLY WAITED 2 MINUTES FOR BRITTANY TO TURN AND LOOK MY DIRECTION, AS II WAS JUST INCHES AWAY FROM HER WHILE SHE FUMBLED THRU THOSE DAMMED KEYS, AND I HAD TO INITIATE A CONVERSATION! I ASKED HER IF SHE WOULDN'T MIND TAKING CARE OF ME, AND BY THAT TIME, YES IT WAS 12:30. THATS EXACTLY HOW LONG I WAS FORCED TO WAIT TO GET ANY TYPE OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM THIS ALWAYS LETHARGIC EMPLOYEE YOU GUYS HAVE HIRED! I HAVE TOLD ALL MY FRIENDS TO BYPASS MURPHY USA IF THEY SEE A STONED LOOKING RED HEADED SLOTH NAMED BRITTANY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO PURCHASE ANY DAM PRODUCT!!! THIS IS ABOUT THE 8TH OR 9TH NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE I HAVE ENCOUNTERED WITH THIS GIRL. SHE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The attendant was not clean, hair was messy, dirty and filthy. the inside of the booth looked like a toronado hit it and the outside had NO attention. trash were so full, it was overflowing onto the ground. She was very rude to EVERYONE that was in line and didn't seem to care about the needs of the customers.

I sat in line for approximately 10 minutes waiting for a car parked paying at the kiosk. I went to check and there was a long line with the cashier on the phone.

The card reader wasn't working properly or the attendant wasn't watching the pumps properly. When I brought this to the attendant's attention she claimed I was doing something wrong and that she didn't need to do anything that the pumps reset on their own. She implied that I was entering my pin number to many times so it cancelled out my payment, when in fact I never was able to enter my pin number before it cancelled my order. She wouldn't just take my payment at the window I still had to work with the card reader at the pump. Very disappointed in the way I was treated. This was nonsense. This store is very busy and their is no room for this type of behavior when trying to speed up people getting in and out. This was a simple fix but turned out to be a disappointing and almost embarrassing event. If your pumps aren't working - fix them, if your employees aren't working - fire them. Their are plenty of good people looking for a job. We all know that you make enough money to keep up this store properly. Extremely Upset!
