Had to wait in line for the pump, cars parked all around the pumps to buy cigarettes, and unable to leave until the cars were moved

I had a coupon for a free dr pepper I had earned filling out surveys for survey mini. None of the dr peppers were cold, which would have been nice on a 100+ Texas day. The cashier was unable to scan award...took forever!

The price at the pump was 20 cents high than the sign on the building and the attendant wasn't very helpful. I should have gotten it for the lower price as advertised period.

I was charged regular price for two five hour energies and didn't get the ten cents off gas offered. Also she charged me regular price for Marlboro black when they are the same price as special blend. I didn't catch this till I left after also a gas truck was behind me honking for me to move. I usually don't have a problem but this time I did.

The place is messy, the pumps may or may not work and your people are not very knowledgeable about how to resolve problems that occur.

I had to pay at the register instead of at the pump. EVERY pump should be able to dispense a receipt - none of this extra time/trouble to get a receipt from the attendant.

Entrance lanes were tight, making it very difficult to fuel a truck towing a trailer.

Asked to split pay was informed that this location did not do that and never has. Informed attendant that I had done it before at the same location. Had to do two different transactions.

Went to use my coupon for a dp and they were completely out this has happened several times
