Murphy USA

The pump was broken and wouldn't accept my debit card, went to talk to attendant to pay for gas already pumped. My debit card would not work so I had to call my bank to get issue fixed. The attendant was very polite and very patient with me through the whole process. The only issue I have is the lot is small to begin with and lots of people park in the driveway to buy products that are not gas and it blocks traffic from coming and going. This makes it very difficult to maneuver if your trying to get fuel.

I like that Murphy USA gas stations are associated with Walmart Supercenters because it makes the feeling of a late night purchase feel secure. There aren't suspicious people around. The attendants are always coherent and friendly and seem to keep the premises under watch and control. I've also noticed that when people need help the are prompt to respond and handle situations in a courteous manner. The pumps always work and I like that I can use my Wal Mart gift card to purchase gas there and get the discount. They also have an easy and efficient way to purchase things that make my driving experience comfortable i.e. soda, water, snacks, cigarettes. The over all experience at a Murphy USA is comfortable, secure, and clean. I like that.
