The screen at the pump was smudged and hard to read but I got a tissue out and cleaned it up some and was somewhat visible.

It is difficult to manipulate around the pumps and there aren't enough diesel pumps

it was very hot outside and couldn't pay at the pump. Had to wait in short line to pay at cashier window. Apparently the reader at the pump wasn't working correctly. Hard to see cashier from glare of the bright sun light. A cover to help block out sun shine glare at cashier window would probably be nice for both the customer and cashier. Plus, repair gas pump readers if needed and/or fill paper at gas pump readers as well.

I just wasn't welcomed and the attendant wasn't as friendly as others I normally see when I go up there.

The price is usually the last to go down, so I do not use the store as much as would otherwise be possible. Water for windshield washing is usually dirty, do not want to use it at this location.

To say I wasn't "Highly Satisfied' is the wrong way to look at my survey. I am a returning & regular customer. That means that I have no complaints - that I received the level of service I expected, I am satisfied. I have two vehicles and I would guess that 95% + of my gas purchases are made at Murphy USA. The only exceptions would be when traveling. I recently made a 800+ mile trip and even then most of the gas I bought was at Murphy. I do seek you out when on the road.
