The pump malfunctioned. Had to go get help. Attendant was busy, had to go back to get attendant

Pump malfunctioned after it read my card and no gas was pumped on this ticket. Had to go to service window and wait in line to be told to just try it again.

The attendant was not very friendly didn't Greet me like others have in the past. Maybe she was having a bad day

It was confusing

Attendant stocking shelves and allowed customers to wait till she was finished.

you use to be the lowest price on the sign in the area but you are no longer

Too expensive

Pay at the pump was fine. However when trying to leave and having to drive around the building that only one car at time can get by was trying since there was a car parked there and would not move. Had to back up to get out. When the attendant was told the response was, she is reading. Well then must be a employee or perhaps someone they knew. When told again that they were blocking traffic the same response was given, well she is reading. Very rude. There are plenty of spaces to park across from station without blocking a through way. My goodness it's in a Walmart parking lot!

I have a WalMart Mastercard with Green Dot Bank that I keep only to save 3 cents per gallon at the Murphy pumps. Green Dot was 'updating their system' & I was only able to pump $30.12 when I had just reloaded my card with $50.00. My problem was not so much with Murphy USA as it was Green Dot which is the financial institute for WalMart Money Card. I want you to know your attendant informed me in a very respectful manner of the message she received on her register and made me understand that it was nothing she could control. I will be closing my WalMart Card account as soon as they fix this GLITCH!

did not get walmart c.c. discount, their were cars waiting to fuel and people at the window. this was at 1208 pm
