Too many customers not enough attendants

This was brought to the managers attention a few weeks back about some of the pumps not giving receipts, I pay by gift card so I need a receipt to tell me my balance. I should not have to go to the register to obtain a receipt. Last week I did not get a receipt from a pump and the manager said weeks before that she would take care of this problem. Please see that this issue is taken care of so any pump I go to will give me a receipt. Today I went to a different pump than I normally go to and got a receipt. This is a customer service inconvenience issue that needs to be taken care of. I can go somewhere else if need be, I'll be watching.

Nothing to do with product or personal, it was more technical my card would'nt scan so had to see attendant, but it was all resolved .
