The attendant was filling drinks and kept looking at husband at window finishing her project first and taking slow easy time before coming in to window

The lady at the register just horrible attitude just seems to be completely unhappy customer service etiquette was just not there I say thank you multiple times never got a reply back also have been coming to this Murphys for 3 years straight for company use and personal use every morning I fuel up here and this is the first time I've had a bad experience with this location

I was not asked if I wanted a bag and i didn't even want a bag but I got one and I got charged for one!!!i wasn't told there was a charge for one!!that is not fair nor appreciated. Wrong on so many levels!! Even walmart or any of the gas stations or grocery store charge for a bag in my area. I should have been told of the charge and asked if I wanted a bag. Surely you don't want to run a business that way!!

I tried to use a survey mini coupon and it didn't work. Otherwise it was ok

The cashier on duty at the time was extremely RUDE!!!!!!! I had a gift card for $20.00 that I had just purchased in the Wal-mart store. It had never been used. I went to Murphy's and picked up a bottle of oil and gave her the gift card and told her to ring up the oil and put the balance of the card on gas pump 6 i was on. She rang everything up and told me I only had $5.68 available on the card. I told her that was incorrect that I had just purchased it and the oil was only $3.99 so I should have had more than that. She handed me the receipt and she had typed in Pump #6 $5.68 herself and that was the reason I could only get that amount. I went back to her and tried to explain to her there was still a remaining balance and tried to get her to look at the receipt where it showed I had $20.00 on the card. She refused to look at the receipt and told me to get out of line that I was in the way and that I was wrong and that she DID NOT HAVE TIME to look at peoples receipts. She was literally yelling at me! I was so shocked and offended at her behavior I have not bought fuel there again since that day even though it is the cheapest in town. I NEVER want to be waited on by her again.

The cashier was slow. Had a line backed up. Unacceptable slowness altogether. Whole line was complaining

I had to get my receit at the window and did not look at it until I got home, and I paid full price and I used my MC Walmart card. I usually don't look at the receit, but you can bet I will from now on. William Swaner

I thought by using my WalMart credit card that I would receive the $0.05 discount on the price of gas as I ALWAYS have. BUT I did not this time. gas was $1.879 and the NET/Gal was also $1.879. If there is no 5 cent discount any longer, there is no reason to have the credit card .. and there is certainly no reason to buy gas at Murphy any longer.
