After entering gift card and briefly retrieving something from my vehicle, the pump's computer shut down and wouldn't allow pumping to proceed.

I don't like how long it takes for the pump to be activated once the card is validated.

I had to wait for the attendant. I think that there should be more than one person working those booths at all times. Not only for customer service but also for the safety of the employee.

the pump failed to give us a receipt so my son went to the cashier to buy cigeritesand get a receipt for gas . so we paid for the gas with a credit card and the cigerites with cash.

I PULLED UP TO A PUMP, BUT COULD NOT REACH THE HOSE TO MY GAS TANK BECAUSE THE CAR AT THE OTHER PUMP IN THAT LANE WAS TOO FAR UP. HAD TO BACK OUT AND GO TO ANOTHER PUMP AND SOMETHING HAD BEEN SPILLED AND IT WAS STICKEY TO WALK IN.
