Fuel price drop seems to have brought out a lot of people and it is a Sat. Hard to line up when there is no designated direction to approach a pump. My SUV has fueling from the passenger side and with cars entering from both directions, it can be difficult to get lined up without folks trying to enter in the correct direction to get the pump in the correct side of the car. I was waiting for a car pointed toward me and two more pulled in behind that car and I wasn't able to approach the pump when it was "my turn" to get fuel. Finally had to turn around and back up to a vehicle that was in the next que. Not enough room to line up without being in a travel lane around the station as well as being able to approach from either direction.

Pump was slow and the squeegee bucket barely had any fluid in it.

One of the attendants there is very rude a while back but the lady I spoke with on this specific day was awesome!

There were long lines at the pump. Although I was not driving my diesel fueled vehicle, I noticed the Murphy station was at least 15 cents a gallon higher than diesel in Kingsland TX, a few miles north of Marble Falls. I am disappointed that I can not pull into this Murphy station and be confident the price is equal or lower than anything in a 20 or 30 mile radius.

The clerk made me stand in 20 degree weather while she played on her phone for 5 minutes before taking care of me and never putting her cell phone down durin the transaction. Tell me you wouldn’t have been disappointed

I am an active duty military member traveling from a full day of work at Fort Sam Houston back to my station at fort hood I was there two minutes before the gas station closed and I could not be there earlier due to being released later in the evening and I asked for a product and Rebecca Ann said no because she was closing in two minutes I am highly dissatisfied with my service not only am I exhausted I did not get what I wanted I am a paying customer and the customer service did not even exist with her it's going to be a while before I purchase any gas or Products from your company
