the restroom was locked. when I asked the attendant about it being locked she said it was not for pubic use. I wasn't happy about that.

I've been working in the Natchitoches area for 4-1/2 months now. I've been to this location numerous times, I've spent $1565 on fuel while working here and purchased the majority of this fuel from this location, and not 1 time have I been able to get a receipt from the pump. I've told the cashiers several times and it's never fixed. Almost every time at the window... the clerk is on or playing with their phone and/or talking with someone... it's like they have plenty of time for everything but work.

There is almost NEVER any paper in the printer at the pump at the Natchitoches Louisiana location. Results: you have to wait in line for the attendant to print a receipt for the purchase, (sometimes in the rain)! Defeats the main objective of paying at the pump. I NEVER make a purchase without getting a receipt anywhere. Your attention in this matter is appreciated.

I was very unhappy with my pump being broken, and then when I did get to pump gas it was one of the slowest tanks I've ever used.

The problem is that the pumps do NOT ask for a zip code to be entered.

I WAS CHARGED FOR 3 PACKS OF CIGARETTES AND ONLY PURCHASED 2. THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED, BUT THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I ACTUALLY WENT BACK TO THE LOCATION TO FIX THIS OVERCHARGE. OF COURSE, THE ATTENDANT TRIED TO SAY SHE DIDNT OVER CHARGE, BUT THEN REMEMBERED THAT ONLY 2 PACKS WERE HANDED TO ME. THIS SEEMS TO BE A REGULAR PRACTICE AT WALMART, WHICH IS WHY I ONLY USE SELF CHECK OUT.

the gift cards for gas didn't work that is the main reason we go

the walmart gift card was down, thye attendant said it had been down for 3 days. half the time you have to go the window to get a reciept because the pump is out of paper.98% of the time its out of paper.
