I am so tired of paying for the gas at the pump and then having to go inside to get a reciept -- this is the single most aggravating thing about getting gas -- you have to stand outside in the weather (under a cover) then walk into a building and stand in line to get a reciept becasue someone did not want to refill the tape -- it is beyond belief

the fact that the receipt was not available and i had to stop and go and get one really makes me irked -- it turns a good positvie experience into a terrible negative encounter -- and it seems to be rampant with murphy lately -- someone has to tell the employees to check the machine for receipt tape.
