I was unable to use my walmart gift card at the pump so had to use my debit card instead. the only reason I went there was that I had that gift card but I didn't want to go inside to use it.

The only reason I buy gas at Murphy is because it is the cheapest and you give a discount when using a gift card. We are on a fixed income so price is the most important thing to us. On this day however your price on gas was 20 cents higher than other local stations. I bought my gas at your station only because I had a gift card and no cash so I didn't have a choice. I will quit buying gift cards now, because I will have to have cash to buy at the cheapest station.

Never ever again what we ever shop at a Murphy USA. Went to buy six packs of cigarettes, and when it rang up wrong I asked the lady why I was not getting the price that was on the sticker on the very front window right above her head. She said I was, and I told her that no it should’ve been a different price. She pulled out a calculator and slammed it on the countertop doing the math, then saying that the price that is up there must be wrong because she can’t give me it for that price. I ask her was I getting wrong product, and she said no, it’s the sign that’s wrong and that’s my Problem

The pump price for regular read $1.81 per gallon but the receipt said $1.84 per gallon and when I called customer service to complain, it turns out that they were supposed to be charging $1.83 per gallon. I'm sure most people using the facility on 12/8 were overcharged at least 1 cent per gallon but if they were using the Murphy VISA that allows a 10 cent per gallon discount, then they were overcharged 3 cents per gallon because of the discrepancy between the price showing on the pump and the price showing on the receipt

The afternoon visit was fine. I visited this morning in my wife's car and attempted to get gas. It was 5:44 am. The pump read my card and stated to begin fueling but no gas would come out. I was telling my wife through the window that it was asinine that it wasn't pumping gas. The guy that was working (only one) ran over to inform me that I was asinine because the store wasn't open. I asked why it told me to begin pumping and he said because idiots like you would try anyway. I demand reprimanding of this person. You should be able to confirm who worked at 5:44 am today. I will from this point forward boycott that store and tell all my friends to as well.
