AFTER WAITING IN LINE -- LONG -- DID NOT CARD READER WAS BROKEN UNTIL YOU GOT THERE. I THINK THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD A BETTER / BIGGER SIGN VISIABLE. I WAS PAYING WITH MY WALMART CASH CARD TO GET A THREE CENT DISCOUNT AND SHE ACTED LIKE IT WAS A PROBLEM.

The check machine was not operating and I couldn't write a check to purchase cigarettes.

Have come to this murphys many many times and have always been treated well. Came in today to get cigarettes and tried to use a coupon from a pack I got yesterday. Have been told for my peticular brand of cigarettes the expiration date doesn't matter. Even though I bought the pack yesterday and coupon was already expired she treated me as if I was trying to steal. Did not like how I was treated and next time I come here if she is working I will turn around and go someplace else so I don't have to deal with her.

I asked the rude cashier (Artiesha) if there was any rockstar energy drinks. He/she? Shrugged their shoulder and said , I don't know! It would be over there ." I asked would it be with Pepsi or coke products. Their response was, "It wouldn't be with the coffee drinks." Being frustrated with the rude service I left it alone and purchased other items. I thanked the cashier as they handed me my receipt and only received a stupid looking stare. This is not the first time that I received this rude customer service from this individual. It seems that I'm always interrupting her break/lunch or whatever and it is made known with the tapping of fingers on the counter. Not to worry though, I live right up the street from the Mt. Pleasant location, but will gladly take my business elsewhere.

I took photo of the sign on building $1.99 per gallon, but the pump charged $2.04 per gallon. Attendant was very busy with a long, long line and I could not wait. Every pump was active, so you screwed hundreds of people Christmas Eve. Wow, I just cannot do business with a company that does that!

I had to speak first. Then I asked for 10 packs of BLK Smooth she only gave me 2 pack then I said to her I asked for 10 packs. SHE SAID I MISSED UNDERSTOOD YOU I THOUGHT YOU SAID TWO. THEN SHE SAID SHE HAD SOMETHING ELSE ON HER MIND.

I asked for a specific brand of cigarettes and has to ask twice for the correct item. The items I were given were in a white promotional box obscuring their contents. When I got to my vehicle I opened a carton and realized they were STILL the incorrect item. I asked the clerk to exchange them and I would pay any price difference. She stated she couldn't exchange them since the transaction was complete. I have never had a problem with this store before if I was given the wrong item. I buy several cartons per week, and now have 2 cartons of Marlboro cigarettes that will go in the trash, wasting $100. I will no longer make my cigarette purchases at this location, no matter the price difference or availability.
