Prices for convenience items was outrageously high.

The attendant was rude and I felt that I was bothering her with my question about a savings on gas when buying Skoal. I wasn't aware that the offer wasn't offered anymore and she talked to me like I should've known and was not nice or apologetic.

The attendent did bir have a welcoming attitude. She did not greet me. She not thank me for coming. She did not welcome me to come back again.i wasn't offered any other than what I came for. If I knew your sodas were on sale 2/3 like I see on the receipt than I wouldn't got some but attendant didn't mention anything about it

You have a promotion to buy pyramid cigarettes and gas but at all locations they cannot manage to keep the cigarettes stocked which just wastes my time since now I have to go buy cigarettes somewhere else instead of purchasing with my gasoline fill ups.

The advertisement screens next to the pumps are extremely loud. I am a military veteran that suffers from PTSD and the loudness of the advertisements tracker my condition. I wish there was a mute function on the advertisement screens for the customer that's filling their vehicles. Until that is an option I won't be able to return for gas at your service stations in the future.

I had the wait 5 minutes to buy a quarter bI had the wait 5 minutes to buy a quart of oil because the attendant was out back smoking.

I have used this location since it was built. I have never had really a bad experience. Sometimes the attendants are not so friendly. This time was different. I walked up, the attendant said absolutely nothing, so I told them what I wanted, they rang it up, never told the cost, I swiped my card, they handed me the receipt and shut the little window. I WAS NEVER SPOKEN TO. I spoke when I walked up, but no response. I have never ever went to a gas station and bought something and the attendant didn't say a word. Not one word, until now at your store. I felt very unappreciated at that point, and don't know if I will be using this company again. I buy all my gas, for 2 vehicles and all my cigarettes from this store and have for many years. But after this, I don't know any more. I would prefer to spend my money where someone who is getting paid to talk to me does. I am sorry to complain, but this really has bothered me. Thank You, and again, I am sorry.
