Christie always greets me and im a regular customer and she always knows exactly what i want. Has my carton of cigarettes ready for me soon as i pull up. Always makes me feel like im a valuable customer and special. I refuse to buy my cigarettes anywhere else and it is because of how welcome she makes me feel. My name is known and certain bits of info we share in conversation and she remembers. I witness her doing the same with other customers when im there. That is awesome customer service!!!
