because I had to wait to much to fuel gas to my truck but I recognize its part of the process. I am really highly satisfied with the Murphy service and I never complained about it. thanks.

A rating of "highly satisfied" would need to be an exceptional unexpected experience. It would have to be far beyond the normal visit. There's nothing wrong with being satisfied.
