It is very awkward to get to the pumps and you have to answer too many offers before you can pump gas.

Pump handle did not have the lever to lock the gas on - had to hold it on the whole time.

Had to wait for a pump and place was not as clean as it usually is.

the pump did not have the lever to let it pump gas without having to hold the nozel
