Difficult to hear attendant through small window with noise of traffic in background.

The machine were very unstandable and the instructions were detailed to the point. Access was very easy and the layout of the pumps are well formulated and easy to operate.

There have been several times when the receipt doesn't print and I have to go to the window to get them to print it out. When people are lined up waiting for the pump it is very frustrating for them and for me. Then when I go to the window I have to wait in line there also. There should be a way to know that the paper is running low so they can replace it before it runs out completely.
