The attendant did not speak. I went to the window to get lottery and said good morning. She just stared at me as if I was bothering her to do her job. No Greeting, no willingness to assist, no thank you or have a nice day. I do customer service for a living and this was an example i would give as everything not to do. It's doubtful I will visit this location again unless it is for fuel I can pay at pump for.

Waited for over 20 minutes for pump to become available.

The way the pumps we're set up was very hard for me to get in and out, especially with so much traffic

I paid for a car wash at the pump with credit card, to then find out this location had no car wash. I was sent to a second location, which could not be found either. I should be credited the $8.00 I spent, plus something for my wasted time and miles.

You all need more gas pumps and more attendents ! ⛄ 🎄🚶

it a bad lay out with no rules or lines to follow and Fl people are in a hurry to go nowhere.But they got to be in the front of the line.

I am traveling and not from this area. I was offered a car wash so I added it to my bill, which come to find out is at a different location. VERY INCONVENIENT!!! Had to get directions from cashier. Had a hard time finding it. When I finally did, it was trashy, unkept and not in good repair. I pulled in and IT WAS CLOSED!!!!! Closed at 3:30 pm on a Wed afternoon!!!! What the heck?!?! Had to look up the ## for the gas station, called to make sure I was at the right place. THEN, Had to drive all the way back to get a refund!!!! A total of 45 min wasted, when you are traveling that's alot of time. And still never got my car washed!!!! I am super annoyed and will prob NEVER add a product from your company ever again, in fear of a problem.
