Prepaid for fuel attendant accidentally set wrong pump when brought to her attention she argued with me told me I told her that pump number and there was nothing she could do cause gas was pumped already on the wrong pump she sat so she refunded the credit card for the wrong pump she sat then asked me to sign it I told her I paired cash so u was not signing anything she told me if I did not sign slip she would not help me n if I wanted gas I had to pay her again. I asked her to calk her store manager she said no so I told her I would call corporate and file a complaint she said hit post pay on pump and she would report it as a drive off told her I did not care how she handle it cause I was not paying again for fuel. So I did hit post pay and I left BT do have my receipt where I did pay in hand.

No regular gas the store was out

I called Cust Svc a few weeks ago when I could not find any NO SMOKING signs at the Murphy in front of Walmart in Lake City, FL which is the one I go to several times a month. It was after hours when I called. The lady I spoke with said she would forward the notes from my call to the proper department which handles the signs and that they should get in touch with someone about the lack of signs at this Murphy store. I had been really upset because there was a man smoking near the car next to mine at the next pump. I politely asked him if he would please step away a little further and he did, but in just a couple of seconds he walked right up to talk to the man that was putting gas in their car and he was still smoking. I hurried as fast as I could so I could drive away from the pump and was going to go and speak with the cashier, but the man went to pay and he was still smoking so I just hurried home and called that Murphy. A young man answered and when I told him what had happened and asked if they had signs posted anywhere he said, "I don't really know if there are any signs or not, but I know people can be pretty stupid." That's when I called Cust Svc. Today, still no signs!!!!!

The past several times the receipt will not print it at the pump. I have to get in line and get receipt from the attendant. The person blandly says problem printing at the pump, but this is the more common situation. I have about decided to pay more for gas elsewhere.

I use my Walmart credit card for the discount and for the speed. I don't want to have to stand in line to pay, for others are buying lottery, sodas, etc. However, I had to stand in line for a receipt since mine did not come down. The attendant seemed very nonchalant when I told her it did not come down and suggested that I did not press the right button. Also, they have so much mess stacked near the gas pumps that I could barely get my car door open (packs of salt, bottled water, etc.)

My Wal*Mart credit card had yet another hold on it. They put a hold on it if I pay too much, or too many times, or increase my limit. I have to stand at the pump and call them to get it resolved. This station is hard to get to and to maneuver around.
