its not a reason, I just think to be judged highly satisfied you have to experience customer service contact and I experience neither, maybe if I had went to the window I would have but since I paid at the pump. I have no problems at any of the murphy usa locations. when I do receive customer service everyone is nice and courteous.

It was no ones fault but there was a slow customer in front of me speaking on cell phone. Not considerate of the other people trying to get in and get out.

Pump did not have receipt tape. This location is void of any landscaping. This should be corrected for the entire gas pump and Walmart Supercenter location. This would add a great deal to the customer experience. The entire parking lot is asphalt concrete. No parking islands anywhere, no landscaping. Please take measures to correct this oversight.
