Customer service is a class people need working with public every one has a bad day. It's always a happy Person that makes the day change don't bring your troubles to work I know I was a manager of a restaurant it's important to smile and try to brighten people's day

I just do not agree with wal mart's policies and politics yet I am forced to shop there because they have ruined the market for competing mom and pop businesses.

Cuz they was not nice

Pump out of receipt paper. Had to wait an exrended period in line to get a receipt. I need them for business expenses.

Used a WalMart credit card and did nor receive 3 cent discount at the pump.

THis has happened before more than 5 cars getting gas attendant not inside nor, said ahe would be there shorlty..instead on other side of cooler facing pumps .. I think.. when she made eye contact didn't smile or apologize for the delay.. waited at window as well as others for more than 5 plus minutes.. Haven't reported in the past ..same attendant

I had a trailer behind my truck and needed a clear lane. Customer in front of me stopped at first pump with no car in front of her----she proceed to unload trash out of her car and fill up your trash can (knowing she was preventing me from pulling up to get gas)---then, she went to cashier (maybe to purchase something while I still could not pull up to pump)THEN, when I could get to the pump, my card would not work (because I had used it 3 times) so I had to go to the cashier and wait again. This is the second time within a couple weeks that I have used this location and THREE different vehicles pulled up with music so loud that it hurt my ears and my children's ears. Also, the music was very vulgar. This same thing happened the last two times I have been here. I know you can't control other's actions. But, maybe your security officer can watch this more closely. The guy next to me pumping was not happy about it either. We just hurried and left. I didn't bother to finish filling my car up!!

Attendant not people friendly. Didn't speak back

The attendant never smiled and had a bit of an attitude.
